We were established in December,2018 and focus on selling PPE, such as safety shoes, safety clothing and other assorted personal protective equipment. Meanwhile ,we own three factories for producing safety shoes , toe cap, model about injection and DESMA that enjoy advantages in safety shoes’ R&D and production.
In terms of certificates, our mainly products have been tested by professional third party testing agencies ,such as CTC,ITS,TUV and have CE certificates. In addition ,we obtained the domestic and overseas patent certificates in appearance. It makes our products to be more competitive in many countries and regions, especially in Europe, South America and Asia.
Our company and factory are located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province. Ruian has complete infrastructures and supply chain. The excellent conditions provide efficient and convenient environment for the growth of our company. In addition to the R & D and trading departments, our company has 2 wholly-owned factories which are in the production with toecaps and modules, and a joint-venture safety shoes factory. The factory has 2 PU injection lines and one cement line. It can produce 50,000 pairs of PU and 20,000 pairs of cement safety shoes per month, with an annual output of 700 thousand pairs.
We also have other supply factories except the mentioned plants, with a total of 10 PU injection lines, 2 PVC injection lines and 2 cement lines. The annual production capacity can reach 2.5 million pairs of PU , 700 thousand pairs of cement and 500 thousand pairs of PVC safety shoes. The total output is more than 4 million pairs.
